1. Services Description

Ankit Roadlines provides open-body trucking, long-haul interstate transport, and enterprise B2B freight logistics services across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. All services are subject to availability and agreed terms in the contract or service agreement.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Shipment bookings may be made via phone, email, or our website contact form.
• A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Ankit Roadlines.
• Customers must provide accurate and complete cargo details including type, weight, dimensions, and hazardous material declarations.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All rates quoted are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms are as agreed in the service contract or invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 2% per month.
• Quotes exclude GST, tolls, permits, and statutory levies unless stated otherwise.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure cargo is properly packed, labelled, and ready for loading at the agreed time.
• Provide safe and accessible loading/unloading locations.
• Disclose any hazardous or special handling requirements in advance.
• Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, or customs documentation required for the shipment.

5. Liability & Insurance

• Ankit Roadlines carries third-party liability insurance as required by Indian law.
• Cargo insurance is not included unless specifically requested and agreed in writing.
• We are not liable for loss or damage caused by force majeure, improper packing, hidden defects, or acts of nature.
• Any claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled pickup: no charge.
• Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 25% cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• No-shows or cargo not ready at agreed time: full trip charge applies.

7. Website Use

• This website is provided for informational purposes and service inquiries.
• You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
• All content, logos, and trademarks on this website are the property of Ankit Roadlines.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
